This holiday season you don’t have to be stuck indoors! The creatures of Glenlore Trails return with another seasonal extension: Aurora! Come explore new segments of trail, over a dozen installations, and new interactive content in this wintry holiday experience!

Aurora takes place along a 1/2 mile wooded trail, located in the center of Multi Lakes Conservation Association. Tickets are limited to ensure social distancing, and must be purchased online prior to the event. Masks are also required for participation.

Can I bring my dog?

Is this kid friendly?

Yes! All of the Glenlore Trails experiences are family friendly. We wanted to provide a bit of relief for families feeling cooped up!

Where does this event occur?

The event occurs on the property of the Multi Lakes Conservation Association, 3860 Newton Road, Commerce Charter Township, MI 48382

How long does it take to get through?

This is the question that breaks the internet! Some attendees leave negative feedback that it only took them 20 minutes, while others are quite happy and took an hour!  We feel it should take you between 30-45 minutes, depending on how much you stop to take in. We recommend taking your time and enjoying each of the attractions!

What if I can't make my time slot?

Due to COVID we will be limiting the amount of attendees per regulation for each time slot. If you cannot make the time slot you signed up for, you may transfer your tickets to another time slot by logging in to Eventbrite, selecting your tickets, and clicking “transfer.” If you’re having trouble please contact us and we will be happy to work with you to find another time that works for you! customerservice@glenloretrails.com.

How are you handling safety?

Safety is a number one priority for us. We designed this event to be outdoors, with no touch-interactions, and to be a walking experience so that there are not large gatherings of people. We do ask that everyone wear a mask while on the trail, and that you maintain 6′ distancing from other groups. The path is 8-10′ wide so there should not be an issue maintaining space.

We’ve marked the line for check-in with 6′ increments. Our team will be taking temperature and asking a few questions before your ticket is scanned. If your temperature is above 100 degrees we will ask that you leave the property and reschedule when symptoms subside.

What is your weather policy?

We want this to be an enjoyable event for all of our guests. If there is light or scattered rain/snow, we will continue to operate. You are welcome to brave the weather, or if you are more than 24 hours out from your event you may transfer your ticket to another date. If there is more severe weather we will postpone the event, notify you, and offer alternative dates or refunds. You may transfer your ticket, or request a refund at any time on the Eventbrite site outside of 24 hours of your event time.

Is this wheelchair / stroller friendly?

Yes! The trail is maintained, but it is not paved. Parts are compacted earth, and others compacted asphalt millings. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards. If you need any additional support along the trail, please reach out to customerservice@glenloretrails.com. The colder weather may present some additional challenges – but we will report out here.

What is your refund policy?

Refunds are available up to 24 hours before your ticketed time slot, and can be processed through Eventbrite. In the event of a weather delay you will be given options to reschedule for alternate dates, or refund your order. For any other questions please reach our team at customerservice@glenloretrails.com.

Do you have a phone number?

At the moment we do not have a phone number to call. If you need support we ask that you send a message to customerservice@glenloretrails.com. This allows us to ensure we track every request, and get answers to questions as quickly as possible.
